DECEMBER / PRE-XMAS DELIVERIES:
All courier services are stretched to the limit at this time of the year especially with lack of drivers, Black Friday sales, online shopping and the Xmas trading rush, so there can be delays beyond our control in deliveries during December.
Please select either Express (S, M, L) or Standard Delivery (Toll) as these are our fastest delivery service.
To help ensure deliveries are received before the Christmas closing period we ask that all orders are placed by COB Friday 20th December 2024 (this is for Australian Metro Areas only).
GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1-4 business days the day after payment is confirmed and depending on the Service selected.

Orders are dispatched with either Aramex, Couriers Please, Toll IPEC or Australia Post depending on the product, the destination and the delivery service selected by the customer. All deliveries are sent as "Authority To Leave" unless otherwise requested at time of placing your order.

Deliveries to other areas in Australia or remote areas can take up to 10 - 20 business days depending on the destination. Delivery to International destinations may take 5 - 20 working days depending on location and type of service selected at checkout.

CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY:
- Unless otherwise advised in writing, all prices quoted are ex our Sydney warehouse and cost of delivery will be charged as a separate amount and will vary according to distance, weight and site conditions;
- In the event of goods not being received owing to the Customer's responsibility or wrong information provided, any additional delivery charges will be payable by the Customer.
- Sealers Online will not be liable for any damages or loss incurred by the Customer as a result of any delay in delivery of materials or otherwise.
- All delivery times quoted are estimates only;
- We will where possible and at our discretion, change the selected delivery method to a different delivery method if the delivery times are faster than the one originally selected.
- For international customers, cost of delivery will be charged as a separate amount and will vary according to distance, weight and site conditions. Any taxes, tariffs, handling fees etc are the responsibility of the customer.
