Natural stone tables
Dining, coffee and side tables with tops of marble, granite, travertine or other natural stone.
Natural stone tables bring marble, granite, travertine and limestone into everyday living, where they meet food, drinks, cosmetics and hot dishes.
Most stone tabletops are porous to some degree, and calcium-based stones such as marble, limestone and travertine can etch from acidic spills. Sealing helps reduce staining and makes spills easier to wipe up. Use coasters, wipe spills promptly and clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner, avoiding acidic or abrasive products.

Step 1 What finish is your natural stone tables?

Your finish
Polished natural stone tables
A mechanically buffed surface giving natural stone a smooth, glossy face that shows off the stone's natural veining and colour. It tends to be less absorbent than honed finishes, though sealing can still help reduce staining while keeping a Natural Look with no change to appearance.
